Florentine Artichoke Dip

This is a wonderful appetizer!

Florentine Artichoke Dip

Serves 6-8

1 - 10 oz pkg Frozen Chopped Spinach, thawed
2 - 6 oz jars Marinated Artichoke Hearts, undrained
3 large cloves Garlic, minced
1 1/2 - 8 oz pkgs Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 1/2 cups fine dry Bread Crumbs


Place spinach and chopped artichoke hearts into slow cooker. Add Garlic, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese and lemon juice into slow cooker.

Sprinkle with bread crumbs and cook on low for 3 hours.

Serve with assorted crackers or bread sticks.

Spinach Balls Appetizer

This recipe makes a great appetizer for your next party!

Spinach Balls

Makes about 36 appetizers

2 - 10 oz Frozen Chopped Spinach, thawed and drained well
6 eggs
2 1/2 to 3 cups Italian-style Bread Crumbs
1 large Onion, chopped
3/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
1 1/2 tsp Garlic Salt


Mix all ingredients, cover and refrigerate overnight.

Form into small 1 1/2" balls.

Bake in pre-heated 325-degree Oven for about 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
